This stunning kitchen which is part of double extension we’ve recently completed. We’ve used our steel quick base system doing away with traditional footing saving not only time but also money in this case. More information on this our system to follow. This was clad externally with a combination of Rock Panel and Siberian larch for a modern modular look and looks stunning with the landscaping now complete. 

This stunning Victorian mansion was previously a care facility which was converted back to a residential dwelling and comprised of general building works, plumbing and heating, electrical works, painting and decorating services, landscaping, a glass extension and 3 fabulous bathrooms and ensuites.. 

 

New self-contained Garden Office and Summer House clad with cedar at the front and black cement board to the sides and rear. Our clients decided on a shower room inside leaving loads of room for an office and finished it off with small a patio and new fencing. 

This incredible building recently renovated and adapted to a purpose built sanctuary for an individual currently in the care system. The space allows the individual to live independently and was funded by the NHS. It consists of Solar and PV panels, heat pump, fully padded walls in the users areas for complete safety, external landscaping, extension, shower and wet room, new kitchen, flooring throughout, electrical, gas and heating works, staff areas, fire alarms, emergency lighting and fire doors and a complete redecoration program. It also included significant remedial works to the existing timber frame building completely replacing the Sole Plate and insulating and rendering the building. 

This recently completed project consisted of Solar and PV installation, replacement windows and doors, robust kitchen, staff shower room and wetroom installations, new flooring, new heating system, hygienic flooring solution, landscaping, outbuilding office refurbishment, extensive electrical works and a full redecoration. 

 

We are particularly proud of this project as it allowed an individual with specific needs to live in his very own house having been in hospital for many years and was funded by the NHS. 

 

A fantastic remodel of an existing garden including patio, decking, pergola, artificial grass installation, fencing, blockwork flower beds and resurfacing works.
